Welcome to Said & Done — an independent Australian label built on good words, good design, and good intentions. By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the simple terms below.

This website is operated by Said & Done (Australia). Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Said & Done; “you” means you, our customer or site visitor.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to follow all relevant Australian laws (including the Australian Consumer Law).

Every design is created in Sydney and printed locally using a print-on-demand model — meaning each item is made especially for you once ordered.  Small variations in print colour or garment tone can happen due to fabric texture, screen settings, and natural print differences. That’s the beauty of made-to-order.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is taken securely at checkout through our trusted providers.

Each item is printed to order and usually ships within 5–10 business days.
We use Australia Post and tracking is available on request once your order is on its way.
Delivery times vary based on location — once shipped, timing is out of our hands but we’ll always help if something goes astray.

Because everything is printed individually, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email hello@saidanddone.com.au within 7 days and include photos so we can make it right — repair, replace, or refund, as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from purchase and can be used on any product site-wide.
They’re delivered digitally (no wrapping, no waiting, no waste) and are non-refundable once issued.

If you send us a slogan or design idea, you’re giving us permission to use, modify, or adapt it for our range.  If your idea is chosen, you’ll receive a complimentary item — and the bragging rights.
By submitting, you confirm it’s your original work and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

All designs, logos, and content on this site are owned by Said & Done (unless stated otherwise).
Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use them without permission — that’s not the kind of rebellion we admire.

We do our best to keep everything accurate and beautiful, but we can’t guarantee this website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We respect your privacy and only collect information needed to process your order.
