Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Australian orders are sent from Sydney using Australia Post. All parcels include tracking.
Once your order has been printed, packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email letting you know it is on its way.
Processing Times
Each item is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
This helps us minimise waste by producing only what is needed—no overstock and no excess.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Standard Parcel Post
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days from dispatch
Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $100.
Express Post
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days within the Australia Post Express Post network
Express shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that Express Post speeds up delivery after dispatch. As each item is made to order, our standard production time still applies.

New Zealand shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery service selected.
Free standard shipping is available on New Zealand orders over $250.
Free standard shipping is available on New Zealand orders over $300.
International Standard
Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch
International Express
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch

Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us and we’ll help track it down.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and may be affected by Australia Post delays, peak periods or customs processing.
Packaging
Your order will arrive in eco-friendly packaging. We use paper tissue, recycled paper wrapping and compostable mailers, with no plastic wrapping.
