Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Small Parcel Service — reliable, trackable, and carbon-conscious. Once your order is printed, packed, and ready to go, you’ll receive an email to let you know your order is on its way to you.

The orders are mailed from Sydney.  Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days Australia-wide from dispatch. Regional areas may take a little longer.

Each item is made to order so please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships.  This helps us minimise waste and produce only what’s needed (no overstock, no excess).

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Shipping is included in the advertised price.  You have told us you don't like surprises at checkout! What you see is what you pay.  We believe in keeping things simple and transparent, so there are no hidden handling or postage fees. Each order ships via Australia Post with tracking included.

We currently only ship within Australia but are very excited to launch globally by end of 2025.  First of the rank will be New Zealand in mid-November!

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please email us and we’ll help track it down.

Your order will arrive in eco-friendly packaging.  We use paper tissue, recycled paper wrapping, and compostable mailers. No plastic wrapped in plastic here.  There's no Planet B!
